Lead end-to-end People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and HR reporting.
Drive process optimization through AI and automation, enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

10+ years in HR Operations or People Ops with experience in onboarding/offboarding and organizational design.
Strong HRIS administration skills and experience with data management and reporting.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR processes.
Excellent written communication skills and experience supporting a hybrid/remote workforce.
