5+ years of desktop software development experience, with proficiency in modern C++ (C++14 or later) and Windows applications using Visual Studio (2019 or later).
Strong debugging skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and large legacy codebases.
