Description:

  • Lead the design, build, and operation of backend platform services for healthcare workflows using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver scalable, API-driven services across multiple applications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with backend services in Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, relational data modeling, and cloud-based delivery practices (AWS, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Experience with automation or AI-assisted capabilities in production environments.
  • Security and privacy-first mindset, preferably in regulated domains.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
