Description:

  • Seeking an experienced Sr Staff Software Engineer to lead technical work across Pathstream's platform.
  • Role includes hands-on engineering and direct management of two mid-level engineers, focusing on AI-native engineering practices.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years at a senior IC level.
  • Proven track record in driving multi-team technical initiatives and familiarity with modern web stacks (Ruby on Rails, React, etc.).
  • Experience with security and compliance in a SaaS environment, and mentoring or leading engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled development tools and agentic engineering workflows.
