Aura is seeking a Software Engineer for its Monetization team to drive revenue growth through system optimization and customer engagement.
The role involves building features that impact millions of customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate based on results.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record in production.
Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL).
Comfort working across the stack and contributing to frontend, backend, or mobile codebases.
Experience with modern web tooling, analytics, and observability tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Competitive pay range of $130,000–$165,000, depending on experience and location.
