Requirements:

Over 5 years of software development experience.
Over 2 years of experience leading technical teams.
Strong experience in Node.js and NestJS, REST API design, and development.
Proficient in Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with AWS services (S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, API Gateway).
Solid knowledge of software architecture, including monolithic and microservices architectures.
Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) and web performance optimization.
