Description:

  • Build core ML components and work on real production systems from day one.
  • Develop strong systems judgment by shipping, debugging, and iterating on real-world ML.
  • 100% Remote position.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundations in machine learning and modern neural architectures.
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required.
  • Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models.
  • Proficient in writing production-quality code and quick to learn new tools.
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn from real systems in production.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and grow ownership over time.
  • Bias toward shipping, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with GPU, JAX, ML, Python, and PyTorch.
