Description:

Lead the end-to-end development of the React Native app, including architecture, performance, and release process.
Mentor existing engineers and set technical direction for mobile development.
Collaborate on engineering strategy and product direction related to growth and retention.
Ensure high-quality user experience with smooth animations and responsive interactions.
Work in a PLG/A/B testing environment to ship features and iterate quickly.
Manage app store presence, including versioning and performance monitoring.
Potential to grow a dedicated mobile team as the app expands.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Typescript.
Strong experience with React Native.
Proven track record of building and shipping consumer-grade mobile applications.
Familiarity with mobile tools and libraries (e.g., Expo, Firebase).
Experience with Tailwind, TanStack Query, React Native Reanimated, and state management libraries.
Experience in leading and managing test teams.
Bonus: iOS development (Swift) and Android development (Kotlin).
