Description:

  • The People Data & AI Readiness Engineer builds and operates the data and AI foundation for people analytics and workforce insights.
  • This role translates business requirements into scalable data architecture and ensures data quality, governance, and infrastructure readiness for AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture, with strong HR/People Data experience.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, Azure Cloud, and Databricks.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced written and spoken English fluency (B2 or C1/C2).

Benefits:

  • 100% remote work with a flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST).
  • Contract duration of 9 months, renewable based on performance, with a rate of $30 USD/hour.
