Description:

Position: Platform Engineer (m/w/d) focusing on Developer Experience.
Responsible for the architecture of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and its automation, scaling, and security.
Involvement in strategic discussions and defining standards for the IDP.
Work location: Hybrid (2 days/week in Erkrath HQ or up to 100% remote).

Requirements:

Extensive experience in operating and automating large cloud infrastructures.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and GitLab.
Ideally, experience in networking; opportunity to develop expertise in this area.
Strong understanding of complex dependencies in distributed systems.
Proficient in German (C2) and English (B2).
