Description:

• Join TTEC Digital as a Pre-sales Solution Architect for the SandcastleCX team, a 100% remote role.
• Support pre- and post-sale proof of concept engagements focused on Amazon AWS Connect technologies and customer experience platforms.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• AWS professional certifications and experience with Telco/contact center platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
