Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• Serve as the technical pillar for client implementations, translating operational needs into Orquest configurations.
• Provide technical consulting to clients' IT, HR, and Operations teams, managing expectations effectively.
• Conduct functional discovery to understand point-of-sale operations and anticipate deployment risks.
• Design rigorous testing plans to ensure flawless production steps and minimal incident rates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and maintain strategic communication with high-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or technical consultant in SaaS environments; experience in Workforce Management (WFM) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese for international projects.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to multicultural environments.
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail and responsibility for end-to-end technical solutions.
• Ability to translate complex operational processes into efficient software configurations.
• Strong critical thinking skills to anticipate technical needs and prevent operational blockers.
• Strategic communication skills to manage high-level stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
• Crisis management skills to maintain control during critical onboarding phases.
