  • Act as a player-coach, developing individual SAs while managing strategic evaluations and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical sales and team leadership, with a strong background in architecture and engineering.
  • Ability to hire, coach, and develop a technical sales team, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.
