Description:

  • Lead the technical direction for AI at HotDocs, designing and delivering AI-powered enterprise capabilities.
  • Develop and implement new AI features in .NET Core and React, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Drive AI adoption across the software development lifecycle and enhance DevOps practices for AI workloads.
  • Build trustworthy AI with governance practices and ensure features solve real customer problems.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of software development experience, including principal or lead roles.
  • Strong skills in .NET Core (C#) and React (TypeScript) with hands-on engineering experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and shipping production AI solutions and working with cloud AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in agile teams and using AI tooling within the software development lifecycle.
