Description:
- Join the Analytics Intelligence Team to enhance ServiceNow's Conversational Analytics experience.
- Work as a Principal Engineer to drive technical direction and collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineers.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in building and shipping large-scale software systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, and AI Native development.
- Experience with vector-based retrieval, knowledge graphs, and semantic layers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coach engineers.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and customer success metrics.
