Requirements:

  • 15+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on large-scale systems.
  • Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, concurrent programming, and operational hygiene.
  • Ability to mentor engineers, provide feedback, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; experience with cloud services and production issues.
