Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in Rust.
• Proven experience in backend system development, API design, and ownership of core domain models.
• Familiarity with full-stack delivery and agile methodologies.
• Security-conscious approach, especially for systems handling sensitive data.
• Nice to have: Experience in electoral or regulated domains and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
