Description:

  • Join the Experience Team at ServiceNow to transform enterprise knowledge delivery using AI-powered systems.
  • Design and build engineering infrastructure for automation pipelines, AI tooling, and LLM integrations to create a unified content engine.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in systems development and backend engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js, with experience in building production-grade automation pipelines and AI-powered tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and familiarity with MCP server architecture.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
