Description:

  • Join Coupa as a Principal Software Engineer to lead a new engineering pod in Mexico, setting the technical bar for the team.
  • Engage in hands-on execution and strategic technical leadership, shaping architecture and driving product-led growth.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in building and shipping enterprise-scale software, with a proven track record in product-led growth.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise application architecture, especially in Spend Management domains.
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills, particularly in TypeScript and Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with multi-tenant systems and architectural patterns (monoliths, microservices).
