Requirements:

Experience as a Principal Engineer, Architect, or senior Staff+ engineer.
Deep knowledge of distributed systems, strong backend engineering skills (preferably in Go), and proven mentoring abilities.
Strong communication, operational mindset, and ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with agentic development tools and experience in improving engineering productivity.
