Description:
- Principal Solution Architect responsible for consulting on ServiceNow's Technology Workflow solutions to drive customer business outcomes.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, lead project teams, and provide architectural guidance and business acumen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of consultation/configuration experience with complex technologies, including 5 years with ServiceNow Technology Workflow.
- Strong customer-centric mentality, ability to influence senior leaders, and experience in developing professional design documents.
- Required ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator and at least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, ITOM).
- Desired: Certified Technical Architect within the first 365 days.
