Description:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a small portfolio of strategic accounts, developing familiarity with their use cases and business goals.
Lead technical issue resolution, partnering with Support and Engineering, and provide hands-on troubleshooting.
Guide customers in extending Solo.io products for modern workloads, including AI use cases.
Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new use cases and opportunities for value.
Consult on architectural best practices and operational excellence in deployments.
Design and deliver tailored training sessions and enablement content.
Champion customer needs within Solo.io for actionable feedback to Product Management.
Partner with account teams to manage technical risk and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer, etc.).
Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, service mesh, API gateways).
1+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, agentic frameworks).
Proven track record managing technical relationships with large enterprise customers.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Comfort with scripting or programming (Go, Python, Bash) for diagnostics and automation.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
