Description:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring their technical well-being and product adoption.
Lead technical issue resolution and consult on best practices for using Solo.io products.
Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for customers.
Advocate for customers within Solo.io, providing feedback to product management and engineering teams.

Requirements:

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Site Reliability Engineer, Senior Support Engineer).
Expertise in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, service mesh, API gateways).
Experience in post-sales roles focused on customer success and adoption.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with scripting/programming languages (Go, Python, Bash) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
