AI-powered platform automates real estate transaction coordination, enabling agents and brokerages to manage transactions from anywhere.

Requirements:

Staff or principal-level backend engineering depth with strong systems design, databases, and infrastructure skills.
Fully AI-native development workflow, actively using AI tooling in the engineering process.
Must be based in the United States (fully remote within the US is acceptable).
Comfortable with a high-intensity startup pace (~50 hours/week).
Exceptionally sharp with a proven track record of capability.
