Description:

  • Serve as the primary Operational Technology (OT) technical authority within the Customer Success organization.
  • Partner with various teams to solve complex technical challenges and optimize customer outcomes using Armis Centrix.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or Critical Infrastructure.
  • Expertise with OT asset visibility platforms and strong understanding of industrial networking and protocols.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and excellent communication skills.
