Remote QA Automation Engineer for Payment

Description:

• Our company is looking for an Automation QA engineer to support our Payment team.
• You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
• The application is our responsibility - The central payment platform (MPS: Multi Payment Service Center) provides online services for all aspects of the payment process (pay per click, subscription billing for Magenta Haus, Telekom Cloud Market Place, HotSpot, Videoload, etc.).
• You will develop and implement test strategies.
• You will create and maintain test automation scripts using test automation tools.
• You will identify, document, and track bugs while collaborating with developers for troubleshooting.
• You will document and present test results to stakeholders.
• You will support the Agile team in planning test automation-related activities.
• You will work and share information with other team members using effective communication styles and channels.
• You will perform manual and automated test execution.

Requirements:

• You must have a Master’s degree in Information technologies.
• You should have at least 2 years of experience in ICT System Engineering.
• You are required to have an ISTQB certification.
• You must possess IT technical skills including Java, JSON, Cucumber, JBehave, Serenity BDD, Robot Framework, manual testing experiences, testing via Postman or other alternatives, knowledge of HTTP protocol, Rest services, and API Testing skills.
• You should have intermediate programming skills.
• You need to demonstrate soft skills such as cross-functional collaboration and the transfer of knowledge between colleagues.
• You should have analytical thinking, industry trends automation know-how, continuous learning, problem-solving abilities, customer focus, and accuracy with attention to detail.
• You must have upper intermediate (B2) English language skills and intermediate (B1) German language skills.
