PadSplit is hiring a QA Engineer to enhance quality across Mobile, Web, and backend systems.
The role involves validating cross-platform user flows, reducing production risk, and increasing release confidence through hands-on testing.

Requirements:

Experience in cross-platform testing for Mobile, Web, and backend systems.
Strong expertise in validating RESTful APIs and backend business logic.
Solid understanding of software and testing lifecycle best practices (SDLC/STLC).
Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman.
Technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flow.
Ability to adapt in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
High level of accountability and independent execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Competitive salary range of $20,000 - $30,000 per year based on experience and contributions.
