Description:

Perform hands-on manual quality assurance for customer-facing e-commerce storefronts across desktop, mobile web, Android, and iOS.
Test complete customer journeys including homepage, search, collections, product pages, cart, and checkout.

Requirements:

Experience in manual QA testing on customer-facing websites or web applications.
Strong understanding of various testing types: functional, regression, exploratory, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle bugs and inconsistencies.
Strong written and spoken English skills for clear QA reporting.
Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET).
Preferred: Previous QA experience in e-commerce, knowledge of UX/UI principles, and familiarity with QA tools like Jira or TestRail.
