Remote QA Lead

Description:

• Join Foundation Health as a QA Lead to build and shape the QA function in the UK alongside the US QA Lead.
• Lead testing for AI-driven products, focusing on agentic workflows and LLM-based features.

Requirements:

• Experience in building QA functions or a strong desire to shape emerging processes.
• Proficiency in AI and understanding of the unique challenges in testing AI-led products.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright and TypeScript, as well as manual testing.
• Strong technical fundamentals in test strategy, defect management, and release processes.
• Willingness to lead by doing, actively participating in testing and QA processes.
