Description:

Lead end-to-end quality strategy for a large Salesforce and AWS Connect program.
Serve as the quality gatekeeper across various testing activities while also being a hands-on contributor.

Requirements:

7+ years in QA engineering with 4+ years in Salesforce and/or AWS Connect implementations.
Experience leading QA on enterprise Salesforce multi-cloud programs and contact center projects.
Proficient in test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and automation tools (Postman, REST Assured).
