Strong machine-learning engineering skills with a focus on coding and system building, particularly in reinforcement learning.
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, React/TypeScript, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
Proven track record of meaningful contributions in previous roles.
Reinforcement-learning experience or research background is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Competitive compensation ranging from $180K to $220K base, with potential for ~$400K+ OTE through uncapped profit share.
