Requirements:

3+ years of backend software development experience, particularly with Go.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design (REST, gRPC).
Proficient in using Docker and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with AI coding tools in engineering work.
Ability to contribute to architectural discussions and mentor team members.
