Scaling.com is seeking a Ph.D.-level Research Data Scientist to analyze a unique dataset of 500+ Scalers aiming for 10x growth.
The role involves identifying patterns and correlations in scaling behaviors and publishing findings in white papers and academic journals.
Requirements:
Ph.D. candidate, recent Ph.D. graduate, postdoctoral researcher, or early-career professor in business, psychology, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, or a related quantitative field.
Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with experience in peer-reviewed academic publishing.
Exceptional writing ability for both academic and general audiences.
Proficiency with AI-assisted research tools and a passion for analyzing dynamic datasets.
Self-managing, independent, and deeply interested in business scaling.
