Description:
Join Harvard Medical School's SBGrid Consortium to support a global research community with a scientific software platform for structural biology and related fields.
Lead modernization, security, reliability, and engineering evolution of the platform, focusing on CI pipelines, reproducible packaging, and software supply-chain integrity.
Requirements:
Minimum of five yearsโ post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
Bachelorโs degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
5+ years in platform engineering, systems engineering, or related area.
2+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in CI/CD systems, Linux internals, and scripting (Bash, Python).
Experience with HPC environments, containerization, and artifact signing is a plus.
