Remote SDK Engineer - JavaScript

Description:

• Join Supabase as a JS SDK Engineer to develop and maintain JavaScript and TypeScript SDKs for the platform.
• Work in public repositories, triaging issues, reviewing contributions, and ensuring SDKs reflect platform changes.

Requirements:

• Expert-level TypeScript knowledge, including generics and conditional types.
• Experience in authoring or maintaining a public library with external consumers.
• Familiarity with open-source project maintenance, including issue triage and release automation.
• Proficiency in npm packaging, including dual ESM/CJS builds and type resolution.
• Strong testing habits, including unit and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent written communication skills for design docs and issue replies.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in async or globally distributed teams.
