Requirements:

• Experience in building and running non-trivial production systems with strong architectural judgment.
• Familiarity with AI practices and the impact of AI on engineering processes.
• Ability to provide and receive direct feedback, with good instincts on prioritizing work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a tech stack primarily using Go, though prior experience is not mandatory.
