Description:

  • 1Password is seeking a Security Intern for Threat Operations for Winter 2027 (January to April).
  • The intern will work across Cyber Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, and Security Incident Response teams.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing threat intelligence, developing detection rules, and automating workflows using AI tools.

Requirements:

  • Confidence to tackle new challenges and complete tasks.
  • Humility to ask questions and learn from mistakes.
  • Curiosity to seek better methods and solutions.
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Git, scripting (Python/Go), SIEM/SOAR tools, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
