Remote Security Lead, Deployment & Ops

Description:

• Own end-to-end physical security for greenfield data center campuses from groundbreaking to operations.
• Define and enforce post orders for contract guard services and manage vendor performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for the deployment of physical security systems.
• Ensure compliance with security commitments to customers and contractual milestones.
• Design strategies for secure material movement and asset protection during deployment.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hyperscale data center security experience.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and working with trades.
• Deep knowledge of Electronic Security Systems.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Preferred: 5 years of security integrator experience, guard force experience, and relevant certifications (e.g., ASIS PSP, Comptia Network+).
