Description:

  • Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) at Sword, defining strategy, architecture, and incident response capabilities.
  • Drive AI and automation transformation in security operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in scaling SOC through automation and AI, with measurable impact on metrics like MTTR.
  • Deep expertise in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) and incident response lifecycle management.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash) for automation and tooling.
  • Excellent communication skills for briefing executives and translating technical risks.
