Description:

  • Fieldguide is a remote-first company focused on automating assurance and audit workflows in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audits.
  • The Senior AI Engineer will design and build AI agents for complex audit workflows, taking ownership of product areas from design to delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in shipping production software in complex systems.
  • Strong command of TypeScript, Python, and Postgres, with experience in LLM-powered features and agent orchestration systems.
  • Familiarity with modern LLM APIs and evaluation frameworks for model outputs.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and take responsibility for outcomes.
