Lead the design, evaluation, and deployment of production-grade generative AI systems specializing in LLMs.
Own end-to-end LLM solutions, from prototyping to scalable production, while establishing best practices in evaluation, reliability, and responsible AI.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and applied AI.
Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and experience with LLM-powered features from concept to production.
Experience with automated testing strategies and debugging ambiguous model behavior.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM limitations.
Proficient in Data Analytics techniques (SQL) to inform product decisions.
Strong tech leadership, mentorship skills, and clear communication of technical risks.
