Hands-on role requiring personal coding and building, not focused on people management.
Ability to identify automation opportunities in an educational context and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
(Nice to Have) Experience in scaling operations in education or high-growth startups, familiarity with Alpha/Trilogy tools, and background in curriculum systems.
