Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop intelligent conversational systems for the recruiting industry.
Focus on enhancing recruiting efficiency and delivering personalized experiences using ML, NLP, and agentic AI.

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning systems in production.
Expertise in NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and ML tools (e.g., scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
Advanced Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines and familiarity with chatbots or conversational AI preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
