Remote Senior AI GRC Engineer

Description:

• Lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives for Vanta’s internal AI adoption and customer-facing AI products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build and monitor scalable guardrails for AI governance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with AI tools and platforms, especially Anthropic, OpenAI, LangChain, and Cursor.
• Proficient in using code and web APIs for automation, particularly with TypeScript, Go, and Python.
• Expertise in cloud-native web application development and security best practices, especially in AWS.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks like ISO 42001, EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF.
• Experience with compliance programs such as SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Familiarity with GRC Engineering principles and practices.
• Open to using AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency.
