Senior Software Developer focused on design system engineering at Caseware, a leading Fintech company.
Responsible for building scalable Angular components and evolving the technical foundation of the design system to enhance user experiences.
Fully remote position based in Colombia.

Requirements:

8+ years of software development experience with significant front-end engineering in enterprise-scale web applications.
Expert-level proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and modern front-end architecture.
Proven experience in building or evolving a reusable component library or enterprise design system.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and experience implementing accessible Angular components.
Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring developers.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience; English C1 proficiency.
