Description:

  • Senior Software Developer III at Caseware, a leading Fintech company in audit and accounting software.
  • Operate as a technical leader, shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and translating technical decisions into business value.
  • Fully remote position based in Colombia.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in production AI systems and agent frameworks.
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with distributed, cloud-native platforms, preferably on AWS.
  • Strong software fundamentals and experience with agentic-AI practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor developers.
