Description:

Join SpringWater, a sister company of Hostinger, as a Senior Backend Engineer in a small international team focused on affiliate marketing software.
Work closely with the CTO and product team to build and maintain backend features, improve data pipelines, and create internal dashboards with minimal meetings.

Requirements:

5+ years of backend engineering experience, proficient in Ruby on Rails or strong in Python/TypeScript with a willingness to learn.
Strong SQL skills, experience with PostgreSQL and BigQuery, and familiarity with building REST APIs and background job systems.
Async-first work style, comfortable with written communication and independent decision-making.
Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.
Nice to have: background in data/analytics engineering and familiarity with dbt.
