Description:

  • Join Ondo Finance as a Senior Backend Engineer on the market making team to build and scale trading infrastructure.
  • Work with real-time systems for quoting and hedging tokenized markets across on-chain and traditional venues.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong skills in Go or Rust.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time service design.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and high-throughput systems.
  • Interest in Web3, DeFi, or trading systems.
  • Familiarity with market microstructure is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
