Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Backend/Systems development.
Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, relational databases, and microservices architecture.
2+ years of experience with React and its ecosystem.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful and event-driven web services.
Strong practices in TDD, integration testing, and CI/CD.
Demonstrated use of AI tools in the development process.
Proficient in English and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.
