Remote Senior Backend Software Engineer - Core Domain

Description:

• Design and evolve core platform domains such as Transaction Ledger, IAM, and Payment Orchestration.
• Optimize services for bank integrations, credit risk, and real-time fraud detection.
• Drive technical analysis for cross-team projects and produce documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure technical quality through testing strategies and promote maintainability.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to adopt best development tools.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in back-end software engineering, with expertise in microservices and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot, and strong understanding of distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
• Focus on delivering impactful software that meets user needs.
• Passion for FinTech and fluency in English.
